This is a static site. There are no user accounts and no private analytics backend. The note below exists so AdSense review and readers can see who may set a cookie in the browser.

What we collect directly

Ordinary browsing: no sign-up form. Your browser sends standard technical logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URL) to the host, for example Cloudflare Pages. Those logs follow the host’s policy. This almanac does not build a user file of its own.

The age notice stores one “confirmed 18+” flag in localStorage on your device. It is not uploaded.

Google AdSense and cookies

The site loads Google AdSense (ca-pub-4101065010696162). Google may use cookies or similar tools to serve ads, estimate rough interests, or limit repeats. See Google’s advertising privacy pages (for example adssettings.google.com) for choices.

Consent rules differ by country. If a consent banner is added later, this page will change.

Third-party fonts

Pages may request Noto Serif TC and Cormorant Garamond from Google Fonts. That lets Google see your IP address and browser data.

Children

The site is not for people under 18 and does not try to collect their data.

Changes

Updates appear on this page. If you have a question about ads or data, do not try to buy tobacco here—there is nothing for sale.
